For groups under 50, seated, the museum building is the perfect location for presentations, small gatherings, talks, award ceremonies, and more! In the exhibit gallery or in the sun-filled atrium, your group will have a comfortable space to meet, listen and learn.

What sets SCHS apart as a historic venue is our willingness to work with you. We are a small team, ready to help make your meeting exactly what your team needs.
Want to incorporate an educational team-building program into your event? We can plan and run it! Would a unique, personalized exhibit take your meeting to the next level? We can use the artifacts and archival materials in our collection to create a display specific to your company, club, organization or community.
We are committed to serving the Scott County community as an educational resource, and we are proud to continue that tradition by serving as a meeting space for community organizations, clubs, businesses and more!
While we are happy to work with you to make your meeting a success however we can, we have only essential supplies available with your rental. Our rental fee includes basic projecting equipment, a sound system that can be used for a public address or music, and up to 24 chairs. All other equipment, catering, event insurance, etc. are provided by the renter.
